Raw Material Warehousing
All incoming materials undergo strict inspection before storage. Our climate-controlled warehouse maintains optimal conditions for motors, PU leather, ABS plastics, and electronic boards — ensuring material integrity from day one.
Precision Assembly
Skilled technicians assemble massage mechanisms, airbag systems, and electronic control units on dedicated production lines. Each massage chair requires over 200 assembly steps, with an annual capacity exceeding 50,000 units across our full product range.
Quality Control Testing
Every unit passes comprehensive quality control testing across 12 inspection checkpoints — from motor endurance runs and airbag pressure calibration to electrical safety and noise level verification. Our 100% inspection rate ensures zero-defect output.
Protective Packaging
Products are packed in multi-layer protective packaging with custom-molded foam inserts. Each massage chair is wrapped in PE film, secured with a reinforced carton, and topped with a wooden crate for ocean freight — minimizing damage rates below 0.3%.
Global Shipping
Finished goods are loaded at our on-site logistics bay with established shipping routes to the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We offer flexible MOQ and lead time options — from sample orders to full container loads, serving clients across 30+ countries.
